We Want Happy Customers We always make great efforts to describe the condition of all our trains in great detail, so that you'll not be disappointed when you receive them. But if you are not totally satisfied, you can return the items within 10 days for a full refund, less cost of shipping.
We're Flyer trains "fans," so you can be assured that we take the extra steps to carefully package the vintage American Flyer trains and accessories we sell before we ship them to you! Almost all of our train pieces are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and then packaged in an oversized box filled with Styrofoam "peanuts." If an AF piece has delicate parts that could be easily broken in shipping we normally pack them in a "box within a box," packing them first in a small a Styrofoam container and then packing the smaller box in an oversized box of Styrofoam "peanuts." We want the trains you buy from us to arrive safely to your door! Single items are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail, but we can also ship via FedEx and UPS, but rates vary greatly so please check with us for the actual cost of shipping on items your purchase from us.
